Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests submitted after this 30-day window cannot be processed.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of wear, washing, or use
- All original tags and labels remain attached
- Original packaging is included (if applicable)
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons, including final sale products and items explicitly labeled “non-returnable.” These exclusions are clearly displayed on individual product pages.
We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style at this time.
- To receive a different item, place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund (subject to return eligibility).
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available).
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
- Before sending back your item, email [email protected] with your order number and detailed reason for the return.
- For defective items, include clear photos of the issue to help our team process your request efficiently.
- Our team will review your request, confirm approval, and send you step-by-step return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
- Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account—this timeline is beyond our control.
If you haven’t received your refund after 5–10 business days of our approval notification:
- First, check with your bank or card issuer to confirm processing timelines.

For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable.
- Upon return approval, we refund the product price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is due to our error).
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the refund amount.
