1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently deliver to United States and Canada addresses only. International shipping to other countries/regions is not available at this time.
  • For Canadian orders: International import regulations apply, including potential duties and customs requirements. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • No processing, shipping, or delivery occurs on weekends or public holidays (including U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving and Canadian holidays like Canada Day).
  • Canadian orders: An additional 1–2 business days of processing time may be required. This is to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices), and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times begin counting after the order is dispatched (not from the order placement date):
  • United States: 5–10 business days post-dispatch.
  • Canada: 10–25 business days post-dispatch. This timeline includes cross-border transit and customs clearance, which may vary by province/territory.
4. Shipping Carriers
  • United States: Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS, a trusted carrier with nationwide coverage.
  • Canada: Shipments are fulfilled through USPS International for reliable cross-border transit. The final delivery carrier may be adjusted based on destination, package weight, and delivery speed to optimize efficiency.
  • All dispatched orders will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. For U.S.-to-Canada shipments, tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches Canadian customs or is transferred to a local delivery service.
5. Order Tracking
  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor package status.
  • U.S. orders: Tracking updates in real time, allowing full visibility from our warehouse to your address.
  • Canadian orders: Initial tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. Once the package leaves the U.S., updates may become less frequent. For the most current information, use the local Canadian postal service’s website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

For U.S. Orders

  • If your package is significantly delayed or marked “delivered” but not received:
    1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) for alternative delivery locations.
    2. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire or report the package as missing.
    3. If unresolved, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For Canadian Orders

  • If your package is delayed or missing:
    1. Allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date (accounting for customs or transit delays).
    2. Use your tracking number to check with local postal services or Canadian customs—packages may be held for unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
    3. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices) for missed deliveries.
